Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Australia only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

Orders typically arrive 8 to 12 business days after you place them.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. It can take a few days for tracking to show movement.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at copperandtail@gmail.com with your order number. We'll find out where it is, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Changing your address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as you can. We can change the address until the order ships.
